Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

2. How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return (optional).

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Varelley will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@varelley.com.

Please include clear photos showing the issue so we can evaluate your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.

6. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused;
  • In their original condition;
  • With original packaging whenever possible;
  • Together with proof of purchase.

This statutory right is independent of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or improper handling;
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where applicable.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

9. Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Varelley are covered by the legal guarantees provided under applicable European consumer protection laws, including Directive (EU) 2019/771.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and products that do not conform to their description.

It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
